Story & Official Trailer
Set against the turbulent backdrop of Japan’s Meiji era, Satoko Kirigaya is an aristocratic daughter blessed with peerless elegance but cursed with a fatal congenital heart condition, leaving her with mere years to live. While on an arranged pilgrimage, she is suddenly abducted and abandoned on a lawless island penal colony filled with exiled criminals and ruthless syndicates.
Cornered by the bloodthirsty assassin Shinpei Goto—the dreaded "God of Death" feared across the island—Satoko makes a desperate, unhinged gambit to save her life: "Marry me, and you will inherit wealth, nobility, and my entire world." To her astonishment, Shinpei accepts with immediate, manic adoration. Together, they enter a dark contract where genuine tenderness intertwines with sheer bloodlust.
